The 33-year-old rapper «SICKO MODE» (real name: Jacques Bermon Webster II) was detained at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on Thursday, June 20, around 4:30 am, according to the arrest affidavit obtained from the Miami Beach Hollywood Life Police Department.

Scott posted bail of $ 650 and is expected to be released from the correctional center later on the morning of June 20.

Authorities noted that they were called due to a disturbance at the Miami Beach Marina at 12:44 am, according to WSVN. The police claimed that Scott «became upset» with the owner of a charter boat after he asked him to leave, «yelling profanities, leaving and returning to further disturb».
The «goosebumps» artist was arrested at 1:17 am and then booked at 4:35 am.
