Tristan Thompson sent a heartfelt message to his ex, Chloe Kardashian, in honor of her 40th birthday. Taking to his Instagram Stories on Thursday, June 27, the 33-year-old NBA star wished the reality TV star a «Happy Birthday», - sharing photos of her with their children, True and Tatum Thompson.
In one of the stories, Tristan shared a selfie between Kardashian and True, 6, writing «You are the best mom» on top. In the next picture, he shared another family photo and added «You are my best friend» through an image. In the last story, Tristan shared a photo of Chloe and his brother Amari, writing «The most incredible human being I have ever met».
Despite their breakup, Tristan and Chloe have remained close friends and co-parents. The duo dated from 2016 until the end of 2021, when the scandal involving the basketball player’s paternity with Maralee Nichols became known. Although he publicly apologized to the Good American founder, Tristan strained his relationship with her family at the time, as shown in the second season of «Kardashians».
During the first episode of the second season, Chloe tearfully revealed that just weeks before his scandal became known in December 2021, their surrogate mother became pregnant with their son, Tatum, 23 months.
