Former Big Brother contestant Amber Siajus has died

Former reality show participant Amber Siyavus has passed away at the age of 46. According to information published by Us Magazine, she died on October 9, but the cause of death has not yet been determined. The news of her death was initially reported by TMZ.
Show host Julie Chen Moonves expressed her condolences on Instagram, writing: «Rest in peace, Amber. It’s hard to believe, but I know you have returned to our eternal home with the Creator. Thank you for your sincerity and kindness. We will remember you with love».
Amber Siyavus participated in the eighth season of «Big Brother» in 2007, representing herself as a waitress from Las Vegas. She became the third jury member after her eviction in the eighth week of the show. In an interview after her eviction, she noted that she believed she was voted out because other contestants saw her as a threat.
Siyavus earned the nickname «The Crying One» for her frequent tears during the game. In her farewell interview, she expressed hope that a good person would win and attempted to explain how to distinguish a good person from a bad one in the «Big Brother» house.
This is not the first loss for the Siyavus family. In January 2018, her 18-year-old daughter Lexi Tomkavach died in Ohio, and authorities considered her death a suicide.
