The star of «16 & Pregnant» Autumn Crittendon died at the age of 27

The fifth season almanac «16 and Pregnant», Autumn Crittendon, was declared dead at the age of 27.
The mother of three was known for her teenage relationship with Dustin Franklin during the show.
According to a statement from the Henrico County police to E! News, «Henrico Fire Department personnel took life-saving measures, but they were unsuccessful. Autumn Oxley, 27, from Henrico, was declared dead at the scene. Henrico police are currently classifying this incident as a death investigation. Detectives are working with the Chief Medical Examiner’s office on this case to determine the exact cause and circumstances of death».
The world learned of her passing when her sister Misty Crittendon announced it in a Facebook post, which was later deleted, where she referred to Autumn as her «baby sister».
She noted in her post: «You were taken from us at such a tender age, you left before anyone could say goodbye to you. How much we love you. How amazing you are and how proud we are of you for staying sober in some of the toughest moments of your life, how far you’ve come from where you were, how grateful we are for all these years with you, how proud we are of you as a mother, how grateful we are for the three tiny pieces of your heart that still walk this earth».
Misty then assured her departed sister that she would look after her children and always remind them who their mother was, «these children will always know how much you love them, how amazing you are, how special you are, how much you sacrificed and overcame for them, everything and nothing less».
Although the cause of death was not disclosed, according to TMZ, she apparently struggled with health issues such as diabetes, kidney problems, high blood pressure, including heartburn
