Former University of Michigan football coach Sharon Moore was fired after «credible evidence» of an alleged relationship between him and a staff member was discovered. The Kansas native has not commented on the rumors or whether he is still with his wife.
«University of Michigan football head coach Sharon Moore has been terminated for cause, effective immediately», - said Michigan’s athletic director Warde Manuel in December 2025. «As a result of a university investigation, credible evidence was found that Coach Moore engaged in inappropriate conduct with a staff member. This behavior is a clear violation of university policy, and the University of Michigan has a zero-tolerance policy for such behavior».
