Vladimir Klitschko filed for temporary custody of his daughter

Ex-boyfriend of Hayden Panettiere, Vladimir Klitschko, has filed court documents requesting to be appointed temporary guardian of their daughter Kaya’s estate. In the court documents obtained by TMZ, Klitschko described the matter as «urgent and necessary».
According to the documents, Kaya «is entitled to all» of Panettiere’s assets. Klitschko claims that federal agents gained access to Panettiere’s home as part of an investigation into her death and seized her belongings. As a result, he wants to regain ownership of the apartment after the investigation concludes.
The documents state that prior to Panettiere’s death, she and Klitschko hired a security service to protect her home and belongings due to documented concerns about unauthorized access to the property. After her death, the locks on the house were changed by the security service, and storage containing designer clothing and accessories she wore at public events was moved as a precautionary measure.
Klitschko also noted that an unspecified individual is expected to continue attempting to wrongfully appropriate property belonging to Panettiere’s estate. Since Panettiere passed away without a will, Kaya is the heir to everything she left behind. The publication Extra reached out to Klitschko’s representatives but has not yet received a response. Panettiere died in August at the age of 36 in an apartment in Greenville, South Carolina.
