Yellowstone finally returned on Sunday evening, November 10th, at 8:00 PM Eastern Time with the second half of the fifth season (or 5B). New episodes will air on Sundays at 8:00 PM Eastern Time until December 15th.
If you have regular cable television, you can watch Yellowstone on the Paramount Network. The premiere of the 5B season also aired on CBS on November 10th at 10:00 PM Eastern Time, but this will be the only episode that will air on that channel for now.
After airing on television, Yellowstone will be available to watch on Peacock thanks to a pre-licensing deal between Paramount Network and Peacock, which was made before the launch of Paramount+.
All five seasons of Yellowstone are currently available to watch on Peacock, so you can catch up on missed episodes while waiting for new ones.
The hit series follows the Dutton family, who own the largest cattle ranch in the United States. Kevin Costner played the family patriarch, John Dutton III, until he announced in June that he would not be returning for the second half of the fifth season.
«Just considering all the questions that have been asked (about Yellowstone), the longer I thought about it… I just wanted to say that this is a turning point», - Costner shared in a video posted on his Instagram and social media on the same day Paramount Network announced the premiere date of November 10th for the final episodes of Yellowstone.
«Whatever I hoped for, maybe that’s not in the cards. I don’t want to keep saying, 'Yeah, I hope I can do that.' It’s gone to a place that, to me, is no longer realistic».
Although initially reported that the 5B season would be the last for Yellowstone, new reports suggest that a potential sixth season, mainly focused on Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler, may be in development.
Actor Cole Hauser expressed interest in returning for a potential sixth season, stating: «If Taylor (Sheridan) writes it, I would gladly do it».
