Yulia Hart finalized her divorce from Silvio Scaglia and seeks justice
Yulia Hart has finalized her divorce from Silvio Scalia and is ready for a new chapter in her life. In an exclusive interview with Us, she stated that she is in a «fantastic mood» after concluding a four-year legal battle worth $ 90 million.

According to Hart, who left the ultra-Orthodox Jewish community, a second arrest warrant has been issued against her ex-husband. Scalia was previously found to have failed to appear in court in June 2024 and has not paid nearly $ 300,000 in court costs as mandated by a New York judge. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail, but reportedly fled to Italy. Following the divorce, Scalia now owes Hart at least $ 17.4 million in cash, a three-story apartment in Tribeca valued at $ 65 million, and half of the $ 25 million he unlawfully withdrew from the business.

Hart noted that she had been waiting for this moment for a year and a half and filed a motion for contempt of court in August 2025. She claims that Scalia’s actions were not only illegal but also criminal, as he withdrew money from their joint business and filed documents claiming he owned 100% of the company. The court deemed his actions unacceptable, but no measures have been taken so far.

After marrying Scalia in 2019, Hart was appointed CEO of his modeling agency, Elite World Group. Following their split in 2022, she was fired and stated that she was «completely shocked» by his actions. In February 2022, Scalia filed a lawsuit against Hart, accusing her of illegally withdrawing $ 850,000 from the corporate account, which she denied. In response, Hart filed a lawsuit claiming that Scalia withdrew $ 1.5 million from her salary.

In January 2025, the court awarded Hart 50% control over Elite World Group and Freedom Holding, as well as authority over half of Scalia’s company, after it was determined that he had withdrawn millions from the business. As part of the divorce settlement, Hart now owns 100% of the company.

Despite her court victory, Hart stated that she does not feel «free» and will not rest until Scalia and his accomplices are held accountable for their actions. She also mentioned that while she will consider dating in the new year, she does not plan to remarry. Hart added that she has a provision in her will stating that if she remarries, her children can declare her incapacitated and take control of her money.
