Zayn Malik is preparing a big announcement: possibly a tour in support of his new album

Zayn Malik caught the attention of the Zquad after he announced that he has a «big announcement on the way».
The 31-year-old artist began his solo career after leaving the group One Direction in 2015. The group, also consisting of Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Liam Payne, and Louis Tomlinson, saw Zayn’s departure with a statement on Facebook: «My time with One Direction has been more than I could ever have imagined. But, after five years, I feel like now is the right time for me to leave the band… I’m leaving because I want to be a normal 22-year-old who is able to relax and have some private time out of the spotlight».
Since starting his solo career, Zayn has released hits such as «Pillow Talk», «Dusk Till Dawn», and a duet with Taylor Swift «I Don’t Wanna Live Forever». In May of this year, he released his fourth album «Room Under the Stairs (Z Sides)», which includes tracks like «What I Am» and «Stardust».
In a recent interview published by a fan on X, he hinted at some news for his fans: «I have some exciting things coming up with my music. Some pretty big news will be announced soon, so if you’re interested in my music, I have some cool news coming soon».
Following this, fans on social media, particularly on Twitter, noticed that Zayn’s official website includes a section about tours. The page states: «SORRY, NO SHOWS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. TO BE NOTIFIED OF NEW TOUR DATES, CLICK THE RSVP LINK BELOW». Although no events are currently listed, this allows fans to sign up for updates.
Fans are thrilled at the possibility of the former boy band star embarking on his first solo tour. One fan on X wrote: «IT'S ACTUALLY HAPPENING, EVERYONE, ZAYN IS GOING ON TOUR, I’M SCREAMING!!».
Another added: «10 years ago today was the last time I saw Zayn at a live concert, with One Direction. Does this mean there’s a chance to see him again soon?».
A supporter chimed in: «OH MY GOD, WAIT, WHAT IF HE SINGS 'YOU AND I' OR 'NIGHT CHANGES'? I MEAN, HE’S BEEN TALKING A LOT ABOUT 1D LATELY».
